Run the whole restaurant. Keep every euro.
QR menu, table ordering, a live kitchen board and reservations in one place. One flat monthly price, never a cut of your orders.
No card needed. Every account starts with 14 days of Pro.
Everything between the guest's phone and your kitchen.
One system from the table to the pass. Start with the free menu and switch on the rest when you need it.
Photos, allergens and automatic translation into six languages. Change a price in seconds, no reprinting.
The whole table joins one session from their own phones, orders when ready and asks for the bill in one tap.
Orders land the second they are placed. Notes like "no onions" stand out, and waiters get their own logins.
Online booking against your real table capacity, and digital stamp cards that bring regulars back.
Live tonight, in three steps.
No installers, no hardware, no contract. Bring the menu you already have.
Import your menu
Upload a PDF or a photo of your current menu. We read the dishes and prices, you check them.
Put a QR code on every table
Print them from the dashboard. Guests scan and the menu opens in their browser, no app.
Switch on ordering
Turn on Pro and orders go straight to the kitchen board. The first 14 days are free.
A flat fee isn't a promotion. It's the whole model.
Others charge per order, add a fee to your guests’ bill, or are shutting down. We charge one monthly price and nothing per order.

A note from the founder
MenuBear is built by one person: me. I started it because ordering apps take a cut of every plate a restaurant sells, and a menu shouldn't cost you a share of your evening. I read every message and answer it myself, so if something is missing for your restaurant, tell me.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to install and no account to create, so it works on any modern smartphone.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Menu plan is free with no time limit and unlimited dishes, translation into six languages and allergen labels. It shows a small "Powered by MenuBear" link. Ordering, tables, staff, reservations and loyalty are in Pro.
Does MenuBear take a percentage of my orders?
Never. You pay a flat monthly price: €59 for Pro, or €590 a year. There is no commission per order and no fee added to your guests, however much you sell.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live in an afternoon. Upload your menu as a PDF or a photo and MenuBear reads the dishes and prices for you to check. Then you print one QR code per table.
Do I need a POS, a tablet or other hardware?
No. Guests use their own phones, and the kitchen board runs in any browser, on a screen or tablet you already have. There is nothing to install.
I use GloriaFood. What happens to my menu?
GloriaFood shuts down on 30 April 2027. Upload your menu as a PDF or a photo and MenuBear imports it.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free, with no card needed. After that you choose Pro or stay on the free Menu plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page at any time. Your paid plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your menu stays online on the free plan.
